What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including:

  • Electric motor or hydraulic pump failure under normal operating conditions

How to File a Warranty Claim

  2. Include clear photos of the defect or damage to help us assess the claim quickly
  3. Receive a response within 1–2 business days with the next steps for your claim
  4. Get your resolution — we will repair, replace, or issue a credit based on the warranty terms

Warranty Transfer

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If you purchased your product through an authorized reseller, proof of purchase from that reseller is required for warranty claims.
