How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the shipping label and drop off at the nearest carrier location
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item
- Include photos of the damage in your report
- We will ship a replacement immediately at no additional charge
- No need to return the damaged item in most cases
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in original, unused condition
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items with signs of use beyond initial inspection may be subject to a restocking fee
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders (5+ units) may have different return terms. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact our team for specific return policies on bulk orders.
